Our Experience At Ultimate Recovery Suite, our nursing staff represents the highest standard in post-operative care. Our experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) bring a clinical skill set that extends well beyond basic recovery support. They are fully capable of starting IVs, administering medications as directed by your surgeon, managing and removing urinary catheters, performing dressing changes, and monitoring for post-surgical complications such as infection or seroma development.
With years of hands-on experience in cosmetic and plastic surgery aftercare, our nurses are trained to recognize the subtle signs that require immediate attention. Their calm, professional presence ensures our clients receive the same level of clinical oversight and compassion they would expect from a top-tier medical facility—delivered in the comfort and privacy of a luxury recovery setting.

Teresa Jack
I’m Teresa Jack, founder of Ultimate Recovery Suite and the heart behind its mission. Originally from Chicago, my journey into healthcare began at the esteemed Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center, where I spent over a decade serving as a Medical Assistant in Orthopedic Surgery. It was in those years that I developed a strong foundation in clinical care and a deep understanding of the critical importance of post-surgical recovery.
Motivated by a desire to blend healthcare with service excellence, I pursued formal education in business and hospitality—earning a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Hospitality Management, followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA). This combination of hands-on medical experience and academic preparation shaped my vision for a recovery environment that is as nurturing as it is professional.
More than 15 years ago, I began informally caring for close friends and family members recovering from cosmetic and therapeutic surgeries. Those deeply personal experiences revealed a true calling: to provide compassionate, discreet, and dependable care during one of the most vulnerable phases of healing. In time, several board-certified surgeons personally requested that I look after their patients, affirming the trust and confidence in the care I was offering.
In 2018, I formalized this passion and launched Ultimate Recovery Suite—originally nestled in a luxury high-rise in Houston’s Museum District. From the very beginning, the vision was clear: to offer a personalized, all-inclusive recovery experience where clinical insight meets heartfelt hospitality.
